The project's objective is to improve emerging farmers' access to information and market place through the use of ICT as well as develop innovative capacity building models for replication in the other parts of Africa.

2. Farmer basic ICT training

Training is currently running at the 3 sites, offered by a GITO staff. So far, 53 farmers and 16 extension officers have been trained, and the training it still continuing. The extension officers are also trained so that they can in turn train the farmers in the future. Click here to read more...
