- Dipuo Letsatsi- Duba was born and bred in Gauteng and is the last Daughter of Mr and Mrs. Letsatsi.
- She has a daughter.
- She left the Country in 1982 to join the African National Congress and Umkhonto We Sizwe.
- 1983 - 1985 she completed form 5 in Luanshya Girls High School in Zambia.
- 1985 - 1987 she studied and completed Political Science Diploma in Cuba.
- 1987 - 1989 worked in ANC HQ in the department of Information and Publicity as editor in chief of Voice of Women (ANC Women's Journal).
- 1989 to 1992 she studied and completed a Diploma in Mass Communication from Zimbabwe Harare Polytech (Degree in terms of South African Qualifications Authority).
- 1992 - 1994 worked as Media Liaison Officer, in ANC Head Quarters (Shell House) attached to CODESA.
- Relocated to Limpopo in 1996 and went into business.
- 2000 - 2002 appointed to form part of the Interim Leadership core of the ANC responsible for restructuring structures of the ANC. Chairperson/Convener of the ANC's Capricorn Region, responsible for realigning and restructuring the region.
- 2003 -2008 appointed board Member of LIMDEV and worked as Chairperson of Human Resource and Remuneration committee.
- 2007 was elected to serve in the Provincial Executive Committee (PEC) of the ANC.
- 2008 - to date elected to serve as a Provincial Treasure of the ANC.
- April 2009 elected a Member of the Limpopo Legislature and appointed to serve as MEC for Agriculture
